Note
- The implementation period: 5-10 working days.
- Enterprises have to apply for licenses of transport business at the Department of Transport where enterprises are headquartered. And tickets are sold directly at the enterprise’s headquarters.
- In case, enterprise only perform the passenger transport services with a fixed route from Province A (headquarters) to Province B and vice versa. At the location of Province B, company can establish a representative office to sell tickets.
- If the company established a branch in another province, you must apply for transport licenses for the branches.
- Company must attach a journey monitoring equipment for all cars being put into the business.
