To complete the work file, Customer is advised to provide the following documents:

Note:
- The implementation period: 30 working days (The inspection team of the tourist department will check and value the standard for the hotel).
- The staffs must have the qualifications in the following positions: reception, chamber, table, kitchen, and bar (the staffs can learn these classes at a hotel and restaurant course (3 months). The enterprise can submit a management diploma and 01 diploma in one of the positions and the receipt of tuition fees of courses for other positions that do not have a diploma.
- The document still can be submitted if customer has a receipt of security and order documents, the receipt of tuition fees for professional classes: the originals of receipt are requested to present for comparison.
- Where the hotel fails to meet the criteria at the first evaluation, the enterprises have to re-prepare the dossiers for LH.LLC and pay the evaluation fee for the subsequent time. - 1 star hotel: At least 10 rooms, area: double room: 12 m², single room: 9 m²
, toilet: 3 m² - 02 star hotel: At least 20 rooms, area: double room: 12 12 m², single room: 9 m², toilet: 3 m²
If the customer require LH.LLC to perform the contents in sections 6,7,8 and 9, please refer to the fee as follows:

Note: For works over 03 floors must be constructed the work of fire prevention as: fire solution; emergency exit; the domestic fire extinguishing system; fire cistern; automatic fire system Sprinkler; automatic fire alarm system; ventilating fan, ventilating system for venting out of smoke in basement; anti-lightning system). In this case LH.LLC will quote a specific price after surveying the actual works from the performance unit.
