Application for an environmental protection commitment
To complete the work file, Customer is advised to provide following documents:

| 4 | Preliminary description of the business process and operation capacity of the location | For performing the project by LH.LLC |
Note:
* For the company established in Ho Chi Minh City:
- The implementation period: 30 – 60 working days.
- For some provinces, enterprises must apply for an approval letter of the location at DPI before submitting the registration dossier of environmental protection commitment.
