2. PROCLAIMING THE FUNCTIONAL FOOD QUALITY - IMPORT PRODUCTION

| 05 | Certificate if analysis or product description of the manufacturer, in case of not having or not enough indicators (physical, micro, and heavy metal), Pls supply the test results by a functional testing center. | 02 | The notarized copy within 3 months |
