Wholesale of alcohol products means the activities of purchasing liquors from the liquor's distributors, or alcohol producers fr sale to liquor retailers.

Note
- There is a system of liquor wholesale in the province where the trader’s headquarter is located (at least 03 liquor retailers or more);
- The implementation period: 30 - 60 working days.
- The issue authority: Department of Industry and Trade of province
- The validity of the license is 5 years. Traders who wish to continue trading in alcohol products must submit a written request for re-issuance prior to the expiry of validity of the 30-day
